Chickens get stuck in azalea (See attachment)

Chickens get stuck in azalea when trying to fly onto the block that the azalea is placed on.

See the attached video to see exactly what I'm referring to 

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Place an azalea on a block to so the top of the azalea is 2 blocks off the ground.
2. Spawn a chicken
3. Wait for it to try and fly up the 2 block high spot. When it tries to fly up, it will become stuck and constantly fly up and down until a player bumps the chicken elsewhere or removes the azalea
