Grass, Dirt and Farmland can be traveled through when at face-level with the player

When placed at face-level, dirt, grass, and farmland blocks can be traveled through. When done properly, a player may use it as an exploit to essentially use debug view and look through walls at the expense of a few bits of damage. To recreate the issue described, simply place a floating dirt block 1 meter above a surface and just walk through it. I exited my world and it fixed the problem but I'm not sure how common it is so I figured I would say something.
