I was Fighting the ender dragon and she disappeared mid battle and did not come back until I reloged

I was fighting the Ender dragon and she killed me one time and I came back to get my stuff and she was invisible and her health bar was missing I couldn't find her or hit her so I reloged and then she reappeared
