Player respawns on empty flat world in the Infinity Dungeon adventure pack

While playing the Infinity Dungeon adventure mode* (*while playing said world under a realm) and on Android, the player will die in the dungeon regularly. But upon tapping the screen (I guess) too much the player will respawn as if they drop through and below the adventure mode onto an endless flat world. No command will fix this as 'cheats' of any sort are turned off entirely. Now I can't get back to the adventure. Sad face.
