Won't download my purchased store worlds

I am having a major issue with your store not letting me download my purchased worlds after I have played for them. The world's ether say not enough space witch I have plenty both on my ps4 and minecraft itself. I have tried to delete the game and it will allow me to download it but as soon as I get to the import files section it says download failed. Need something done about this as I have payed for the same world 2 times on separate accounts to see Wether it would fix it. Not happy!!!!
