Opening Container GUI Rearranges Hotbar

Summary:
Interacting with a container / block entity whilst using the PE ui setting will rearrange the items in the hotbar, moving items out of the player's main inventory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have some clear spaces in the hotbar
2. Open a container (furnace, tamed horse, hopper etc)
3. Notice items have moved into the gaps in the hotbar

Expected Results:
The hotbar should not be changed unless the player places items into it, or collects dropped items.
