Things are disappearing

Things are disappearing and not coming back.

I was playing and was swimming in a boat. But when I got out, the boat and my dog, who was in the boat, disappeared. I can’t get a photo of this because it’s gone. 
I thought it was a mild glitch so I swiped up my game; however, when I got back into the game, the boat and dog was still missing. 
Other things are disappearing out of my house on a peaceful setting, so I know mobs aren’t taking my things. Three other dogs that were sitting in my house disappeared and so did some leads I was using along with two bees.

Agrivated, I went to get new dogs. I made a new boat and made my way over to a neighboring tiga biom to find dogs. The same thing happened to my boat when I got out. It disappeared. Then the two dogs that I had just tamed disappeared too! 
I can’t find them anywhere and have reset the game several times. I’m on the most updated version and so I can’t update further to try and fix the bug.
