Can't connect to multiplayer game with Switch version

Nintendo Switch players are unable to connect to cross-plattform games, this problem happens when Switch players try to log into a World of a Windows 10 player (or IOS we tried).
It might be because, Minecraft doesn't seem to locate the server and gets stuck on that.
