Have to wait 7-15 minutes before joining any world.

Whenever I want to play I have to wait 7-15 minutes before I can even join any world of mine, which, wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t for when I’m waiting, the game is running, so I stand there and if I’m outside at night then when I do join, I’m dead and all my items are gone. This as been going on for a long time now and I reported this before and it did stop, but only for a week or two, then it went back. I am so sorry if this as been reported before I tried looking for something like this but the only one I found was on android.
