RTX devices not work

I have a RTX3080(with the latest driver version 496.49) and RYZEN 3700X, I use the NVIDIA RTX OFFICIAL PBR,

and when I want to take RTX ON ,it only shows:

this pack contains information to allow ray tracing,but your device does not support this option.

 

I am so confused and I noticed not only me feced this bug, I wonder if the game can not detect RTX 30series Card?
