Screen shakes

I was quietly playing Minecraft, decided to enter one of my worlds. I go in, the first five seconds of the gameplay go fine, but then the screen starts shaking, which is shown in the video, which makes it impossible to play. Moreover, I noticed this bug BACK IN 1.13,IS THIS NORMAL AT ALL OR WHAT?I hope you find the bug in the code, or is it really impossible to fix it?
