My keyboard doesn't work, The keys to move do not work and if I change the key for another it does not work

My Keyboard "Microsoft wireless 850" doesn't work correctly. The right click don't put the blocks and the keys "AWSD" doesn't work to move the character, if I change the keys for others doesn't works
