Failed loading chunks causing glitches.

I was finding a good location to setup a new base in a new world near a village ..I decided to build a base on the side of a mountain .I started mining to create a space and soon after I finished.i placed a composter in a hole below and then decided to change location of composter . But as soon as it broke , no composter appeared. Then a see-through glitch happened. I explored around and took screenshot. I was playing in survival mode in beta  1.0.18.27
