Stalactites don't fall properly if there are stalagmites directly below it

Summary:

When the stalactites and stalagmites are connected and the stalactite support block is removed, they begin to fall not instantly all together, but one at a time starting from the topmost one.

Since version 1.18.20.26, stalactites do not fall, but break like stalagmites (also one at a time, starting from the top).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a lot of stalactites.
2. Connect them to 1 stalagmite.
3. Break the support block of the stalactites to break them.

Observed results:

Stalactites begin to fall gradually.

Expected results:

The stalactites will start falling all together at the same time.
