Foxes don't have jump (pounce) animation when attacking

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a fox
2. Let them attack any of this mobs (chicken - rabbits - cod - salmon - tropical fish)

Observed results:

Foxes don't show a jumping animation during an attack on a target.

Expected results:

Foxes should have a jumping animation, it was on  several hotfixes and betas now they're broken
