Bug where putting rails side by side going in a specific direction causes them to try and merge improperly.

Putting rails side by side going westward (sun rising in the east and setting to the west), on a downwards slope will cause the rails to try and connect improperly making it impossible to do so. Building the rails in any other direction with the same fashion works just fine.
