achievements and logging into my xbox account/ when i try to leave/ skins/gui skale

When I try to open my achievements at the home menu it crashed, I log into my Xbox account but always logs out when I leave, when I open the game my skin automatically changes to Alex and the skin I had, was deleted from my storage, I had to change my GUI scale to four because when I try to exit, the exit button can't fit on screen because there is no scroll bar
