Chat will often lag out causing nobody to see anyone’s messages from chat or signs

So randomly or when just joining, Typing up from sign or chat will appear for you but not appear for everyone else. In a span of 5-10 mins you will get a sudden hurry of messages that were from other players.
This is causing a problem for multiplayer with communication and can cause some problems
