Error occurred when importing realm onto my device.

When I try to download my Minecraft realm on any of my devices like my Nintendo switch, Xbox, or phone it says error occurred. My realm is 511.84 MB. I have tried downloading past backups and the most recent ones. I have also tried to download the world and nothing works. It gets to where it starts to import the world and then it says error occurred. I am planning on stopping my subscription for a little while and I don't want to lose my world just in case I don't play on the world for a long time. I have searched around the internet for people having similar issues and I could only fine people having an issue when starting the download. Please let me know how I can fix this or what you can do.
