My worlds keeps disappearing after moving

My worlds and resource packs keeps disappearing after I moved the files into the new place but after I quit the game and tried again the other day it all disappeared. Everything is gone and I lost a lot of progress, I have backups but it's all outdated and I try it again yesterday and it disappeared again this morning. All of the files on the storage become empty when I looked and it's ruining my gameplay
