A character creator item, "very long beard" cannot be unlocked as there's no achievement for it

What the title says. The "very long beard" character creator item cannot be obtained, as there's no achievement for it. This issue has been going on since September. There was a bug report for this issue, but it was ignored and marked as resolved/incomplete. (MCPE-140707)
