Freezing

5-10 minutes into play the game freezes excessive, this happens every time I attempt to play minecraft on my Xbox one. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstall twice, deleted all saved worlds, cleared cache and nothing works. This has been going on for over a month and is getting extremely annoying
