Achievement "Iron Belly" unable to unlock

Achievement Iron Belly state as follow: "Stop starvation using Rotten Flesh." I've tried multiple times to unlock said achievement in my local save and different realms, but it seems to be bugged. All other achievements are unlocking normaly.
