When i maximize my screen my game bugs out

When I maximize my screen the games sensitivity starts to bug, it slows down and if I maximize my sensitivity it will glitch around, not sure why it does this I have had this problem for around a year now and I would like to get it fixed. It would help if you could figure out why. Thank You
