Random things are spawning in chunks that are loaded already

I have a realm that we have been building on for a few months. Now in the last few weeks, random parts of leaves, trees and the oak planks from mineshafts will appear in places they either weren't there before, or a place we cleared those items. Some of them are just floating midair with nothing around them.
