Gameplay bug with dispenser and water when with soul sand

bug:- when water on top of "soul sand" or "magma block" is undispensed by a empty bucket in dispenser, the water stays bugged and vanishes when taped on block underneath or rejoin the world.

 

The bugged water don't flow and here is how to reproduce it . 

 

please devs kindly fix it
