Villagers getting jobs even if the job block is not close to them

In Java Edition, villagers only get the jobs if they can access the job block within 1-2 blocks. In MCPE, this is not the case. This messes with some game mechanics as sometimes villagers will take other villagers job blocks leaving some villagers having a job even without a job block
