Sometimes there's lag

I was playing in creative but sometimes i break a block and then for a few seconds there are no particles or sounds of the block and when i try to open inventory it does not open. And a few seconds later everything got updated. This also happen on the nether.

My phone is a motorola g6 play and i have 7 gb ram.

NOTE: The lag is was not my device.
