Minecraft Bedrock Realms Creation Issues

I just bought a realm, but I received nothing. It says, "something went wrong: your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your realm right now." This is irritating. If it can't make me a realm, why take my money? This has happened to me before, and it never got fixed. What should I do?
