Can't join a 1.17.41 multiplayer world

I really love play multiplayer world with my lil brother but when we update we can't join each other world. Then a day ago my friend invite me to his world and I can go to his world. But when we want to create a new survival world I can't go to his world. What happen here. Did u ignore us mobile user cause there's not that many player?
