Massive entity dissapearance

If I go about 1000 block away from an area. All mobs who should not despawn, horses and pets example cats or dogs (IMAGE 2) and thrown projectiles ie tridents despawn. This also includes untamed mobs like cows and sheep which have been enclosed to stop them despawning are despawning (IMAGE 4). Should be noted nametagged mobs despawned. Seems to have not affcted minecarts with chest, and axolotls (IMAGE 5)
