Skin Not Loading

Ok, when I first got Minecraft it was completely fine. I could fully customize my character & play the game with no problem. But after awhile (some months to a year) my skin stopped loading. The game stopped allowing me to customize my character. Plus I can't see other players skins 3/4s of the time. This has been going on for quite a while now (atleast a year) and I'm very fed up with this problem. If you could please find the solution to allow me to finally customize my character again that would be great.

 

I've included a few photos showing the log error trying to equip a skin pack, a photo of Minecraft not loading after trying to solve the problem by going into settings and a photo of my current settings.

 

Plus when I click on something to equip it the loading animation in the top right with the tools comes on but it doesn't equip, items like hair, eyes, and everything you could choose from. Nothing works.
