PlayStation download error not enough memory.

I have seen reviews that playstation has a download bug right now and you cant find the issue. I noticed my PlayStation threw this issue after I signed into Microsoft account. I believe the bug happens when you sign in. It worked before I did that. Now I can't download my textures.
