The inner Honey block texture sometimes don't render from certain steps

I just noticed that this is also an issue for Bedrock Edition, I don't know if it's just a texture issue or something? probably the same bug for Java Edition?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. place some wood planks
2. place a honey block on the wood plank
3. Move from a certain angle
