Darkness effect does not affect glowing text

Summary:

Darkness effect does not affect glowing text. The same as MCPE-147419 (report about the fact that the darkness effect does not affect glowing items), but the text does not darken, not the items.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set the night.
2. Give yourself the effect of darkness (/effect @s darkness 1000000 100 true).
3. Place sign.
4. Write something on the sign.
5. Glow the text with glowing ink sac.
6. Move away from the sign.

Observed results:

The selected glowing text is not affected by the darkness effect.

Expected results:

The glowing text will also be affected by the dark effect.
