otherside Music Disc redstone signal strength are different from Java Edition

The otherside Music Disc has a different redstone signal strength, compared to Java. The redstone signal strength on Bedrock is 15, while on Java is 14. This is related to MCPE-74030, and the otherside redstone signal strength shares the same signal strength as the Pigstep music disc does.
