Download error

Dear support,

Yesterday I wanted to download a texture package from the Realm subscription and while downloading the game the game hung up for a short time and then I had an error in the application - so my game closed automatically.

When I started it again, I tried it again and got the following message: see picture in the appendix.

This message appears for EVERY offer in the store, I am no longer able to install worlds, texture packages, etc.!

Please fix it!
