MCPE-14723

MCPE 0.15.0 Alpha Build one is crashing whenever not connected to the internet or on Wifi.

Using LG-E980. MCPE crashes everytime I start the game if I am not connected to either a 4G LTE connection or WiFi. However if I am connected the game loads perfectly.
