Downloading packs failure due to insufficient space despite system storage having plenty of space

I bought resource packs months ago and then didnt play for months, i came back to the game and all my packs have been uninstalled and I can't redownload them because I apparently have not enough space for them despite having 1.4TB of space on my system and extended storage combined.
