Marketplace weapon expansion ranged add on worlds hacker staff doesn't work

When you use the hacker staff it doesn't give you any gear that it's supposed too, it's supposed to give you gear and perks like speed and regeneration, it'll give you the perks sometimes, but when it drops the gear, it doesn't go in your inventory, it just makes the pick up sound and disappears
