Customize Skin

We have problems with my skin i did want to be BUT there bug in system is when you change your eyes or hair colour it effects on clothes it wasnt download it was bedrock character creator skin and only have but i think it may effect everyone well i did reset it same thing  and reinstall my Minecraft it still have same effect on me i dont know what case i had it passed 2 day please fix this thank so much. reading this
