Iron belly trophy not popping on ps4

I've done everything to get the trophy deleted and reinstalled it , started another world , dropped my health to half heart due to starvation then ate the flesh but nothing is happening need only this achievement for the Platinum plz need help ( Version is 2.33 which was not in the options )
