Disappearing Trident in Trident Killers is back

Since the new 1.17.41 Hotfix, I have had to throw 3 new tridents in my creeper farm trident killer. Whenever I leave to go to my base and come back, the trident is despawned and I have to throw a new one and no the farm is not on when I leave.
