all character creator clothes are permanently orange

at first i thought it was just a halloween detail, and it definitely could be, but I recently made a custom skin through character creator and all the clothing options were orange. My friend looked at it on windows and his style options were all normal. I couldn't find anything sayong this was changed for halloween so I just assumed it was a bug.
