Lost all animals in minecraft world with natural texture pack

Dear Sir or Madam 

 

Went in one of my worlds. Which is a family world with wife and Daughter and all animals we have saved and armour stands have dissapeared. It was a lot of work. Please could you fix this bug. Kind Regards Paul
