Can't upload worlds to realsm

I purchased a realm so I can transfer my long-term progressed world to my PC (since Minecraft is so horrible on the Switch), and it's stuck on "Initializing Upload".

I disabled screen sleep and my console sat for about 30 mins not moving. Yes, even though it didn't change I checked on both my PC and my tablet. 

I archived the game and re-installed it as I figured maybe there's a glitch. Nope, same thing.

Generally: Mojang, please FIX BEDROCK ON NINTENDO SWITCH. I'm extremely fed up with this. If I can't play my world without bugs or even back it up to my PC for that matter, I'm done. It literally hurts that I spend this much time into a game that's both nearly unplayable at times/unable to work. I have waited for Switch Edition to get as much attention as all other platforms, and it doesn't regardless of it's active playerbase. I paid you money for a realm that doesn't even work.
