Certain character creator items are brown instead of proper color

Since the 1.17.41 hotfix rolled out, my character’s pants and shoes have turned brown. They’re supposed to be blue. This happens with a lot of items and mostly affects bottom items and footwear.

 I have experienced no other issues with the update.
