Graphical error

When I opened a new world on this version of Minecraft PE, I immeadiatley noticed a graphical error that would appear, starting from the 8 block radius of my position.

What I expected ...
A beta build with a few bugs in the new features (not in graphics)

What happened ...
Weird graphic problems.

How to reproduce ...
1. Open a new world on MCPE 1.15.0 Beta build 1.
2. Look into the distance.
3. Behold the graphical error.

P.S.: 1.14 worked fine. I did't experience this glitch until I downloaded MCPE Beta build 1.
