a issue with the scoreboard / titleraw/ actionbar command

when using a addon that replaces the scoreboard with the actionbar it glitches out and dose not let the players see the items name when holding a item i have had this issue for 2 months i have tryed with multiple addons that dose this and they all have the same issue even the ones with 1.17.40 or 1.17.41
