Bow and shield glitched when wearing cape

So it has been a glitch for a while now that bow and shield(crossbow and triden even) are glitched when wearing cape

First of all the shield placement is too low in first person mode to the point where you cant even see it,secondly bow idle position is bugged to more ready shot position

 

And of course bow become invisible in the nether wether you have cape or not
